What counts as a portal contractor?
Only contractors marked as portal users. Directory contacts without portal access do not use a seat.
Do inactive employees or properties bill?
No. Only active employees and active properties count. Deactivate a record to stop billing for it.
Where do we see what we owe?
In the app under Settings → Billing — live monthly amount with a full breakdown.
